Ps. Karen Scharli is a powerhouse preacher who presents to Gospel and everyday issues in plain language. God has brought her through tough trials in her life and she is a prominent figure in the life of CLCC.
Ps. Aaron Pryce has a testimony full of God’s grace. From prison to purpose. His wife Kristy, along with their 5 children call CLCC their home and are excited to begin their journey.
Our wonderful Heather is our administration queen! If you receive an email from us, she most probably sent it.
Margaret is a vital asset in our church. She overlooks all the finances and does a brilliant job. She is a joy to have around the office.
Simon is a faithful servant of the house. He runs the cafe on a Sunday, is the Outreach Director, runs Alpha and edits our online services.
Esther is our Creative Director which includes graphic design and leading our worship team.
David and Helen run our Kidz ministry.
Garry is a stalwart of the faith who has a passion for prayer. He is a regular fixture around Champion Lakes so make sure you say hi!
Fiona and Sam run our youth and young adult programs here at CLCC. They are passionate to see young people come to know God in a real way.
Rainer is the leader of our Sunday Service Teams. These guys pretty much run the service!
Ravi is the leader of our new people team! If you visit us, you will meet him. He is a larger than life man, who loves God and people.
Gillian runs our Women’s ministry. With prayerful consideration, she and the team create events that provide a fun environment that empowers women to be better sisters, mothers, daughters, wives and friends, with Christ at the centre in all we do.

Jo is the manager of our very own Champs at Play cafe and play centre for 0 to 12 year olds based in the Champion Lakes Christian Church building. We are open Wednesdays to Saturdays and offer a place to come and play, hold parties or to unwind during a busy week.
Ben leads our Young Adults ministry. He is passionate to see young people discover their calling and who they are in God.
